It's no secret Rihanna is a fashion fan - she does have her own line with River Island, don't you know?
So it's certainly fitting RiRi and her umbrella-ella-ella chose to visit Coco Chanel's apartment during her recent visit to Paris.
The singer,
25, was given a bright yellow Chanel bag by bosses at the fashion house
and she posted a picture of the item online before getting a tour of
the late designer's former home.
Uploading the image of the bag to her Instagram page, she wrote: "Thank you to my dear friends at Chanel Paris!!!" Totally natural stair pose
After being given the bag which was a shade of yellow
brighter than the ACTUAL SUN, the singer was given a modern history
lesson in the form of a tour of Coco Chanel's apartment.
Posting a
picture of the key in the open door of the property, she tweeted: "Got
the key to #CoCoChanels apartment!!! Yesterday=Most Legendary day in
Paris!!!!"
Rihanna then proceeded to run around the house like an excited child at Disneyland in a cheesy movie and span around and held her arms up in the air in amazement.
Well,
that may not have happened, but she did pose in her white outfit and
gold shoes on the famous sweeping staircase of the home. Hard at work. No... really
And Rihanna was so impressed with her tour and history lesson
that she later took to Twitter to thank her guide and designer friend
in front of her 29 million followers.
She wrote: "Me and the very lovely @laetitiacrahay You were so wonderful to us!! Thank you so much! Glad we got to…"
Got to what, Rihanna?! GOT TO WHAT?! Does this possibly mean Rihanna could be collaborating with Chanel?
We wish we were Rihanna and were able to get a tour of Coco Chanel's apartment JUST BECAUSE WE CAN but we're not.
