It's not that we don't think Katy looks very nice, it's just that we'd
rather wig-wearing cats were involved in everything ever made ever
Katy Perry has revealed her first ever American Vogue cover, which
shows the singer sitting in a grassy field, in a red and blue
embroidered dress, with the coverline 'Her life, loves and a fresh
romantic look'.
The star
tweeted the pic with the caption "I see you @voguemagazine July cover!

full cover! #KatyPerryJulyVogue.' Katy's Vogue cover: botanical

But while she looks lovely in the rose-patterned, off the
shoulder dress, we can't help feeling slightly disappointed that there
are no wig-wearing cats involved, like in her new ad for Popchips.
If
we were Katy Perry we would have those wig-wearing ctas written into
our contract. And we'd also travel around with them in a special
wig-wearing cat trolley. And we'd wear matching wigs JUST BECAUSE WE
COULD. This is how all photos of Katy Perry should look
This, however, may explain why we are not global
Vogue-covering superstars and Katy Perry is. Still Anna Wintour, if you
are looking for a look that's more along those lines, feel free to get
in touch. We're available.
We have to say, it's a pretty good time
to cover with the singer as she's currently very much on everyone's
lips, following recent speculation over the nature of her relationship
with friend of many years Robert Pattinson. KP and RP at the Bjork concert

Since the Twilight star
split up with Kristen Stewart a few weeks ago, rumours have circulated
around Rob and Katy, with one report suggesting they'd been seen at a
wedding, while they were later photographed attending a Bjork gig together. Nothing has been confirmed, but we bet Anna Wintour isn't exactly upset at all the attention Katy's getting.
Anyway, hot man rumours aside, we're pleased for Katy. And we bet she's hanging out with the wig cats as we type.
