It’s one of the music industry’s biggest nights of the year, and earlier this evening Emmy Rossum made her arrival at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards (May 19).
The “Shameless” star came ready to have a great time and got all gussied up in some top-notch designer duds as she headed inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

While most of the emphasis will be on who wins and what they’re wearing, there’s also a stable full of top acts gearing up to take the stage for live performances.
