She’s a great mom and a loving girlfriend, but unfortunately Kourtney Kardashian has been forced to deal with drama from a pesky ex-boyfriend who claims to have fathered her son Mason.
Male model Michael Girgenti says that he had unprotected sex with the
“Keeping Up with the Kardashians” starlet back in 2009 after a
three-month texting relationship.
When Kourtney told Michael that she and Scott Disick were “on the
outs,” Girgenti took things to the next level with a sexual encounter
in Glendale, California.
During the meet-up (approximately nine months before Mason was born),
Michael says they had “unprotected vaginal sex,” adding, “I ejaculated
inside Kourtney’s vagina.”
Now Girgenti wants joint custody and probably a ton of money!

While Britain still swelters in its rare heatwave, Kourtney
Kardashian did the sensible thing and hit the pool with her little
family over in Miami where they're better equipped to deal with soaring
temperatures, thanks to there being a swimming pool on every corner
(ish).
The mum of two spent the day with her baby daddy Scott, son Mason and daughter Penelope.
She
wore a sexy yellow swimsuit which showed off her already slim figure
just a year after giving birth to newest addition to the family Penelope
Scotland, who is looking cuter by the day.
She's now at that stage of lovely baby chubbiness, which makes us want to sink our teeth into their podgy limbs. That right there is a biteable leg
Kourtney, who was seen getting jealous of sister Kim recently,
managed to stop herself doing that though and settled for cuddling her
baby girl lots and playing with her in the pool to cool her down.
Both
Penelope and Mason look very comfortable in the water - something which
Kourtney has revealed on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians,
has been passed down through the family.
Kim, Khloe and Kourtney's dad Robert used to spend hours with them in the pool teaching them to swim.
It looks like her partner Scott is keen to do the same with his kids too as he joined them for the day. Mason and Scott did a bit of male bonding
The peaceful scene was a whole lot different to that in front
of Kim's boyfriend and father of her newborn daughter North, the other
day.
Kanye West had a run in with a paparazzi which appeared to turn nasty.
The rapper got a bit cross and had a pop at a photographer who wouldn't leave him alone as he arrived at LAX airport.
The
photographer was taken to a hospital following the drama and according
to TMZ he's told authorities he wants to press charges. We don't think Kanye was going in for a hug

But Kanye's mother-in-law has stuck up for him and said the
poor lamb isn't in fact violent or bad tempered after his, er, latest
violent and bad tempered episode.
In fact, he's had more run-ins with photographers, Twitter rants and rows with people than KK's had boyfriends.
But Kris Jenner has insisted that the father of her new granddaughter North is none of the above.
The 57-year-old appeared on US TV show The Talk and said the new dad was actually a pussy cat - in not so many words anyway. Kris has Kanye's back it seems
When asked about his recent behaviour, she said: "Knowing
Kanye and I do know him very, very well and I am very close to him, he
doesn't have a short temper like everybody thinks.
"I think what
happens with anybody who gets upset over something with
paparazzi-related issues is that they are obviously provoked to an
extent that we see nothing about.
"So we don't know, I don't know.
I am just only seeing this for the first time. So I don't know what
happened before that so I don't want to comment or judge on something
when I wasn't there.
"I think none of us know the fifteen minutes that happened before that and how crazy they could have gotten."
But enough of that nastiness, let's get back to the pool with Kourtney.
On the upcoming July 14 episode of ‘KUWTK,’ Kourtney storms out because she feels like Scott is giving Kim too much attention now that she’s pregnant.

Why Kim Is Hiding Out Since The Birth
We told you that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has been laying low in a private mansion while spending the first month of baby North’s life together with Kanye West. It turns out she’s so happy to not be out and about being constantly followed.
“She has always had a schedule with every hour of the day taken,” an insider tells Us Weekly. “Now, she hasn’t had her hair or makeup done since she had the baby.”
