High fives to Kelly Brook, who's managing to work her way through the official Things Guaranteed To Make Your Ex Boyfriend Regret Messing You Around list at a remarkably impressive pace.
First she went on a series of nights out with her girlfriends, looking like she didn't have a care in the world.
Then she shared a cab home with her oh-so-good-looking co-star. And they probably brushed hands when they were fumbling for change to pay the driver. Or something.
Then she sang to her dog. Which isn't an official thing on the list. But which was entertaining nevertheless.
Then she grinned at the paparazzi, and looked a bit like somebody who'd just received a sex text, rather than somebody who'd found loads of them on her boyfriend's phone.
And now she's standing on a pavement, flicking back her glossy hair, wearing a gorgeous summer frock and matching buckled Chloe boots, and altogether just looking lovely.
Of course, that could have something to do with the fact that she'd just had a lovely afternoon of self-indulgence at Dr Joshi's health and wellbeing centre in Kensington. Which would be enough to make anybody glow.
"Thank you Dr Joshi for making me feel like a new Woman #SoreBum #Vits #Cupping #Acupuncture #Holistic," Kelly tweeted.

We're not sure what "#SoreBum" has to do with it all, but we're not going to dwell on that. After all, at least she completed another thing on the list by drawing attention to it in the first place.

Kelly Brook got over her split from cheating Danny Cipriani with a night on the tiles that ended with her taking her hunky film co-star home.
The stunning model, who threw the rugby player out of her house this week, hit the town with opera star Katherine Jenkins, TV presenter Myleene Klass and other friends.
Rising actor Jay Brown was at her side for most of the night.
The pals racked up a £10,000 bar bill at London nightspot Mahiki, where bouncers had to stop male admirers pestering Kelly, Katherine and Myleene.
At 3am Kelly hopped into a taxi with beaming Jay and they went back to her Central London home.
Jay, who has been filming movie Taking Stock with Kelly, placed a protective hand on her back as they got out of the cab and disappeared inside minutes later.

A Mahiki source said: “Everyone was determined to put a smile back on Kelly’s face, especially Jay who spent most of the night sitting next to her.
“The pair dined at Mahiki’s restaurant Rock Lobsta and tucked into lobster, burgers and chips. There was lots of laughter and Kelly appeared to be forgetting her recent troubles. Later the group had a table in the VIP section and were dancing to hits like Rihanna’s Diamonds.
“It’s hard for a man not to feel besotted when they see Kelly. Security were instructed to stand guard over the table and keep away unwanted male admirers.”

Late yesterday morning Jay cheekily tweeted: “Woman feed me!!!! Hungry cave man #Protein.”
And he also hinted that the pair’s evening together had gone well by tweeting a James Dean quote: “Dream as if you’ll live for ever. Live as if you’ll die today.”
Kelly, 33, was later spotted picking him up in her white Mercedes after a punishing gym session.
They then headed off to the posh Chiswick Riverside Health and Racquet Club for a tennis lesson.

 In a video posted by 30-year-old Jay on Instagram titled “Our talented ball girl for the day!!!”, Kelly is seen wearing sportswear and giggling as she runs to collect balls for the topless male players, including British pro Dave Rice.
Kelly drove the pair back to her place, arriving in the early evening.
An onlooker said: “Both had big smiles on their faces. They had clearly been enjoying themselves.”
Kelly and Jay are said to have grown close in the past two months as they filmed scenes around London for the independent film Taking Stock.
He has been a shoulder to cry on after devastated Kelly split from 25-year-old Cipriani when it was revealed he had sent sex texts to six women.
And messages on Twitter reveal details of their time on set together.

On July 19 Jay posted a picture of Kelly asleep titled “Sleeping Beauty”.
Four days earlier he posted a picture of Kelly rubbing his shoulders saying: “Hard day on set, so Ms @IAMKELLYBROOK treated me to a massage for teaching her the art of ‘1 Take Wonders’ #ProTime”.
In another he tells Kelly that he’s missing her, accompanied by a picture of them looking cosy.
In one of Kelly’s replies on July 26 she tells him she’s practising “twerking” – sexy dance moves that involve shaking the hips and bottom.

Like Cipriani Jay likes to stay in shape and regularly posts topless pictures of himself working out at the gym.
He previously appeared in BBC1’s hospital drama Holby City playing Shaun Dixon and was also in the low-budget film The Fall of the Essex Boys.
Kelly’s split from Danny follows doomed affairs with a string of famous men. She was a teenager when she began dating Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels actor Jason Statham, 12 years her senior.
They moved to the States during their seven years together. But by 2004 Kelly had walked out on him.

She then caused a stir by getting together with 47-year-old Titanic star Billy Zane, who she met on the set of their movie flop Three.
They dated for four years, splitting their time between Kent and LA, and were even engaged but they split in the summer
of 2008.
When Kelly first dated Danny in 2008 she was a big-name model and he was an unknown rugby player. They split after 22 months when Kelly reportedly grew suspicious of Danny’s womanising and didn’t want to follow him to Australia where he moved for his career.
She was briefly linked to comedian Jack Whitehall, 25, and Glee star Matthew Morrison, 34, before she began dating Danny’s former childhood friend and rugby team-mate, Thom Evans, 27.
The couple conceived a daughter in 2011 but Kelly had a miscarriage. They dated for nearly two more years before announcing their split last February.
Despite breaking up with Cipriani in 2010 Kelly was rumoured to have kept in regular contact and took him back.
Kelly’s agent declined to comment.

Two awful things have happened.
One: Kelly Brook has reportedly dumped her 25-year-old boyfriend, rugby player Danny Cipriani, after discovering he’d been cheating on her with Birmingham sales manager, Stacey Simcox throughout their seven-month relationship.
Poor Kelly.
Cipriani, who 33-year-old Kelly also dated between 2008-10, apparently sent Stacey explicit messages even while Kelly was nursing him back to health in hospital in April after he was hit by a bus. Kelly is said to have discovered the texts after she and Danny returned from a holiday in Turkey last weekend. According to friends: "He just can’t believe what he’s done."
Oh yeah. Ouch.

He clearly suffers from ‘clichéd sportsman’s brain’. Is someone going to have to draw him a diagram?
There is no level on which such behaviour can possibly make sense, so I’ll just segue past the obvious rank injustice of it all, and dive straight into the second, if anything, more disturbing element of this unpleasant business.

The nation’s favourite, er, author, told 3am on Sunday that she had proof Danny wasn’t above playing the field (no, the bad field), hinting that Kelly had better watch her back.
Candid Katie of course has no qualms about revealing all in her fifth autobiography, which is currently in the final stages of lawyering, *cough* editing. Obviously this gossip was too hot for books one, two, three, or four of the Katie Chronicles, the last volume of which was confusingly titled You Only Live Once.

Katie, 35, claimed back in May that Danny, who she has also been romantically linked with in the past, will ‘never be faithful’.
The blonde battleaxe is said to have kept all the texts she received from her former toyboy, in which he was apparently pretty mean about Kelly.
It’s no wonder that Miss Brook initially disregarded the cheating rumour, since it came arm-in-arm with Katie’s other claim this spring that Kelly was a ‘heffer’ with a ‘huge bum’.
A red herring as it turned out, but one anyone could easily disregard by using their eyes.

The news that Miss Price was actually right about the infidelity thing lends her an bitter and unforeseen note of credibility, which will no doubt come in handy while promoting her latest ‘tell-all’ book.
At least Kelly will have the comfort of knowing that the public at large are sharing in this general wave of cruelty. Thanks Jordan.

In the same column where she sparked fury after calling Kelly Brook a “heifer” – controversial Katie Price has defended her rival after it emerged boyfriend Danny Cipriani cheated on her.
And the love-rat rugby star might not want to carry on reading the damning verdict from Pricey – who reveals she nicknamed him Danny Chipolata in reference to his manhood.
Katie admits she and Kelly “haven’t exactly seen eye to eye in the past, but my heart really goes out to her”, after she was left totally humiliated by Danny.
Katie dated Danny, the cheating swine in 2011 when she was on the rebound from Leo but looking back she admits: “I can’t say it was a pleasant experience.”
She writes in The Sun: “One thing I just don’t get is why Danny is always referred to as a rugby hunk.
“In my experience he was a bit – erm – lean in the most obvious departments.
“That’s why I nicknamed him Danny Chipolata. He can no longer hit the right spots on the rugby field and he certainly can’t find them on a woman.”

What a silly man

Katie revealed to Mirror Online her plans to name and shame her celebrity lovers – with Danny the taking the brunt of her honesty.
And in a sign of things to come, Katie continues: “[Danny] may look like a hulk on the outside but has small-man syndrome underneath. (And I do mean underneath).
“He couldn’t put his tail between his legs even if he tried, so don’t expect any sort of meaningful apology any time soon.”

If Kelly was planning to embarrass her shamed lover over his infidelity then she might not even need to bother after that humdinger of a dangly-bits diss.
Katie advises Kelly to book a girls holiday to forget all about the heartache and reminds her she can get any man she wants, so there’s not point keeping Chipolata.
After all, she says: “one day he will be nothing more than a bad memory of something on a deli counter.”

In an Instagram video, Ms Brook showed her fans how to get her big bouncy... curls (what did you think we were going to say?).

She was on the set of her latest project, Maeve Murphy's Taking Stock. Kelly is playing Kate in the drama, which has been inspired by Bonnie and Clyde, and she's said she is keen to take part in good old British drama.
The filming has seen Kelly getting up at the crack of dawn, sometimes at 5.30am and the other day she was spotted on her way to work wearing no make up - you know, just like a normal person.

Except there's nothing middle of the road about Kelly at all - as her boyfriend, the rather fit Danny Cipriani, presumably knows.
Despite being lucky enough to call the delectable lass his lady, Danny, who recently shared a holiday to Tobago with Kelly , is still not ready to make an honest woman out of her.
“I’m very happy where I am and I feel very fortunate to have Kelly. But I’ve got a bad knee so I definitely won’t be getting down on one knee any time soon,” he told the Sunday Mirror. Fool.
