The 40-year-old actress confessed that she really enjoys eating.

Paltrow, who is the new face for Boss Jour fragrance, in a series of “A Perfectly Put Together Moment” videos, stated that exercise is a really good way to counterbalance the bread and cheese and coffee that she wants in her life, Radar Online reported.

The ‘Shallow Hal’ star said that even her children get a special hunger pang when they don’t eat carbs and that she indulges in unhealthy food, to a certain extent.

Paltrow, who is dedicated student of celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson said that she tries do all the things in moderation.

She added that it is important to do a bit of stretching, breathing, yoga, even if it is for just ten minutes, which takes only a bit of commitment and change of mindset.
