Kourtney Kardashian Slapped With Paternity Lawsuit

She’s a great mom and a loving girlfriend, but unfortunately Kourtney Kardashian has been forced to deal with drama from a pesky ex-boyfriend who claims to have fathered her son Mason.
Male model Michael Girgenti says that he had unprotected sex with the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” starlet back in 2009 after a three-month texting relationship.

When Kourtney told Michael that she and Scott Disick were “on the outs,” Girgenti took things to the next level with a sexual encounter in Glendale, California.
During the meet-up (approximately nine months before Mason was born), Michael says they had “unprotected vaginal sex,” adding, “I ejaculated inside Kourtney’s vagina.”
Now Girgenti wants joint custody and probably a ton of money!
