Smiling as she made her way past the shutterbugs, the "Ain't It Funny" songstress rocked a pair of flared khakis and a black leather jacket as she headed to Midtown.
The 8,500 square foot gorgeous home, which has 8 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, includes a sparkling pool, pool house, theater, sauna, steam room and covered porches.
Miss Lopez purchased the home after her ex-husband Marc Anthony reportedly spent $2.5 million on a new home in Encino, California.
