Miley Cyrus Celebrates Chart-Toppers at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards

It’s one of the music industry’s biggest nights of the year, and earlier this evening Miley Cyrus made her arrival at the 2013 Billboard Music Award,  (May 19).
The “Hannah Montana” star came ready to have a great time and got all gussied up in some top-notch designer duds as she headed inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

While most of the emphasis will be on who wins and what they’re wearing, there’s also a stable full of top acts gearing up to take the stage for live performances.
Among those slated to rock are Lil Wayne, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Brown, Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Christina Aguilera with Pitbull, and Selena Gomez.
