Excited to see her Italian fans, Demi Lovato popped out of her vehicle's sunroof outside Pricipe di Savoia Hotel in Milan on Wednesday (June 5).
The "Heart Attack" singer waved at the crowd and took some photos of her own as she was safely tucked away in a van.
When asked by a follower if she missed and kept in touch with Demi, Miley Cyrus tweeted back, "DON'T GOTTA MISS HER! SHE IS ONE OF THE MOST SUPPORTIVE PEOPLE IN MY LIFE =] SHE WAS MY FIRST CALL THIS MORNING B4 #WECANTSTOP."
