Proving she is one actress who will do anything for her art, Karen's lopped off all her locks

Most girls are ridiculously precious about their hair (actual tears
and hysterics after a bad trip to the hairdresser are a common
occurrence), so the thought of shaving it all off could be the stuff
nightmares are made of for lady types.
But it doesn't look like Doctor Who star Karen is that fussed about her follicles, because she looked pretty happy on Saturday about the fact she doesn't have any now.
Karen
was appearing for the second day to promote her new film, Marvel's
Guardians of the Galaxy, during Comic Con International in San Diego.
She plays an evil pirate in the movie called Nebula - who as well as trying to kill lots of people, is also bald, it seems. With her wig on before...
Ta-da! I'm a baldy really!
During the press conference, Karen decided to whip off the wig
she'd been wearing up until that point and show everyone her shiny
bonce.
Luckily for Karen, who played Amy Pond in Doctor Who, she's
one of those lucky girls who can carry off the hairless head thanks to
her pretty face and perfect bone structure.
Karen wasn't the only
one drawing gasps at the conference. Adrienne Curry - who won America's
Next Top Model - got herself a bit of attention of her own. Who needs hair anyway
She strutted up in a Mortal Combat outfit, which we're not
sure would exactly be practical for fisticuffs as it doesn't look hugely
supportive or protective.
The pink cut away number looked like
something Katie Price would launch her 98th novel in and showed off
Adrienne's assets and tight little bod quite marvellously.
We're starting to see comics in a whole new light... Maybe she did actually borrow it from Jordan
