At the VMAs on Sunday evening, an increasingly bizarre Lady Gaga will perform her new single Applause. And despite the catchy tune not being the global success Mother Monster desired, audiences are bound to get a typically eclectic live show.
And
to prepare for her performance Gaga decided to... have a wander around
with photographer pal Terry Richardson in just her bra, a swimming cap,
some John Lennon sunglasses and long, loose trousers.
In fact, Saturday's attire was almost normal for Gaga - except for the swimming cap (that's a new one). Poker face
Perhaps Gaga, real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta,
has a crazy new look to unveil at the VMAs or she just wanted t take a
dip before hitting the streets of New York.
As well posing up with
fans, the 27-year-old New Yorker even busted some moves with a few
lucky little monsters - scroll down for the pictures.
The singer has recently been speaking out about online bullying , saying:
“Twitter
and other social media platforms need to monitor more closely what’s
happening on the internet. They should spend more on making sure they
take down any abusive language and suspending accounts.”
It's obviously a subject close to her own heart, as she's been having a row with the biggest online bully of them all - blogger Perez Hilton.
But there's nothing like swigging contraband booze on the street to cheer you up (we should know).
