Home run: Kelly and Jay head to hers in taxi
Kelly Brook got over her split from cheating Danny Cipriani with a
night on the tiles that ended with her taking her hunky film co-star
home.
The stunning model,
who threw the rugby player out of her house this week, hit the town
with opera star Katherine Jenkins, TV presenter Myleene Klass and other
friends.
Rising actor Jay Brown was at her side for most of the night.
The
pals racked up a £10,000 bar bill at London nightspot Mahiki, where
bouncers had to stop male admirers pestering Kelly, Katherine and
Myleene.
At 3am Kelly hopped into a taxi with beaming Jay and they went back to her Central London home.
Jay,
who has been filming movie Taking Stock with Kelly, placed a protective
hand on her back as they got out of the cab and disappeared inside
minutes later.
Leaving club together
A Mahiki source said: “Everyone was determined to put a smile back on Kelly’s face, especially Jay who spent
most of the night sitting next to her.
“The
pair dined at Mahiki’s restaurant Rock Lobsta and tucked into lobster,
burgers and chips. There was lots of laughter and Kelly appeared to be
forgetting her recent troubles. Later the group had a table in the VIP
section and were dancing to hits like Rihanna’s Diamonds.
“It’s
hard for a man not to feel besotted when they see Kelly. Security were
instructed to stand guard over the table and keep away unwanted male
admirers.”

Late yesterday morning Jay cheekily tweeted: “Woman feed me!!!! Hungry cave man #Protein.”
And
he also hinted that the pair’s evening together had gone well by
tweeting a James Dean quote: “Dream as if you’ll live for ever. Live as
if you’ll die today.”
Kelly,
33, was later spotted picking him up in her white Mercedes after a punishing gym session.
They then headed off to the posh Chiswick Riverside Health and Racquet Club for a tennis lesson.
In a video posted
by 30-year-old Jay on Instagram titled “Our talented ball girl for the
day!!!”, Kelly is seen wearing sportswear and giggling as she runs to
collect balls for the topless male players, including British pro Dave
Rice.
Kelly drove the pair back to her place, arriving in the early evening.
An onlooker said: “Both had big smiles on their faces. They had clearly been enjoying themselves.”
Kelly
and Jay are said to have grown close in the past two months as they
filmed scenes around London for the independent film Taking Stock.
He
has been a shoulder to cry on after devastated Kelly split from 25-year-old Cipriani when it was revealed he had sent sex texts to six women.

On July 19 Jay posted a picture of Kelly asleep titled “Sleeping Beauty”.
Four
days earlier he posted a picture of Kelly rubbing his shoulders saying:
“Hard day on set, so Ms @IAMKELLYBROOK treated me to a massage for teaching her the art of ‘1 Take Wonders’ #ProTime”.
In another he tells Kelly that he’s missing her, accompanied by a picture of them looking cosy.
In
one of Kelly’s replies on July 26 she tells him she’s practising
“twerking” – sexy dance moves that involve shaking the hips and bottom.

Like Cipriani Jay likes to stay in shape and regularly posts topless pictures of himself working out at the gym.
He previously appeared in BBC1’s hospital drama Holby City playing
Shaun Dixon and was also in the low-budget film The Fall of the Essex
Boys.
Kelly’s
split from Danny follows doomed affairs with a string of famous men. She
was a teenager when she began dating Lock, Stock and Two Smoking
Barrels actor Jason Statham, 12 years her senior.
They moved to the States during their seven years together. But by 2004 Kelly had walked out on him.

then caused a stir by getting together with 47-year-old Titanic star
Billy Zane, who she met on the set of their movie flop Three.
They dated for four years, splitting their time between Kent and LA, and were even engaged but they split in the summer
of 2008.
When
Kelly first dated Danny in 2008 she was a big-name model and he was an
unknown rugby player. They split after 22 months when Kelly reportedly
grew suspicious of Danny’s womanising and didn’t want to follow him to
Australia where he moved for his career.
She
was briefly linked to comedian Jack Whitehall, 25, and Glee star Matthew
Morrison, 34, before she began dating Danny’s former childhood friend
and rugby team-mate, Thom Evans, 27.
The
couple conceived a daughter in 2011 but Kelly had a miscarriage. They
dated for nearly two more years before announcing their split last
February.
Despite breaking up with Cipriani in 2010 Kelly was rumoured to have kept in regular contact and took him back.
Kelly’s agent declined to comment.
